Slightly lost, confusion; cushioned between the feelings of love and hate. What happens when the going never gets good and the lovers lost hope becomes only that of a dream?

Okay. So.
Before you THINK that is a photo of a naked man with his…. junk showing. It’s actually an advertisement for Playstation 3 made over in Europe for the Australia audiance…. Now, from what I gather. A friend of mine told me that the company that made it didn’t run it through Sony, as Playstation is a sony product.
Now, after thinking about it, I think that it’s a well-done ad, but what does it mean? What was the main point or view that they were trying to say with this?
“Our product is that good, it’s better than sex” is something along the line I thought. But I am not sure, what do you think?

Starting today I will post a song daily. I hope you enjoy them and if not you dont have to listen to them.

Since i live in Arizona I find it only fitting to play a Local band singing about AZ.

While going through my old elftown account, I stumbled upon The Obvious Child, an artist and zine writer in the UK.
Turns out that she has a totally steampunked/vintage custom jewerly Etsy site going on, thus leading me to drool over the ridiculously affordable and edgy peices that are offered in her collection.
My personal favorites: Filligree Key Brooch and The Empire Simple Key Locket.  Did I mention they are all hand-made, one of a kind pieces?  Oh yeah, can’t beat that for cool-kid-on-the-block status.
Another fun fact—The Obvious Child is an independent author/publisher of small books and zines.  If you grew up in a true sub-culture crowd, you know what a zine is—for those of you who did not, a zine is a miniature magazine that is hand printed full of independent author/artist content (underground rap, punk, rockabilly, or industrial society related, typically).  The best zines were hidden on display in your favorite local coffee shop, underground art lounge, or music venue.
I can guarantee you that I will most definitely be ordering some UK zines, if for nothing more than reminiscing on my high school days—especially due to the bomb-diggity cover art she displays in her shop.
In the spirit of supporting independent and sub-culture arts, I encourage you to look into this young woman’s art as well as the other writer’s/illustrators she supports through her book/zine printing.
Added to Christina’s wish list: UK zines, and steampunk jewelry.

In the spirit upcoming Valentine’s Day: Christina’s idea of a rocking Valentine’s Day.
Not sure who did the picture, but it’s pretty epic, if I do say so myself.

From Braxton: This is rather funny— As this is one of my all time favorite comic books, aside Kick-Ass. “The Walking Dead” This image, for Valentine’s Day is taken at least for the comic, out of context. Ha.
